Great to see it on the market.
A hyphen appears to have materialised in refurbished, although you could technically also say it has been furbished.
I couldn’t get the agent’s slide show to work, but assume that is because there’s only one photo at present.
My own preference would be to have some more hyperbole in the property description, including some reference to new kitchen appliances & new carpets throughout which would appeal to someone buying to rent.

I agree with you on the agents puff especially as there are no other pictures to back it up. The problem is that the kitchen and bathroom are not quite finished so no photos yet.
I hope that will be resolved over the weekend or even today.
