Looking back I created a collage of photos called The Horrible House. In all the best makeover programs they do a before and after.
Here is my attempt at the same thing. This is a little montage of what the house looks like now.

Get the agent to keep the downstairs cloak door closed - there is something very odd about being able to see the loo in a picture of the kitchen.

If you have ever tasted my cooking you will know how useful it is to have a toilet close by! More seriously, I agree. The agent hasn't got those pictures (I don't think).
I find it is best not to dwell on the effect of interest rates. It has cost me 2.5p to write this post.
