Statistics

There seems to be a trend amongst bloggers where, at the end of the month, they report how many hundreds of thousands of visits they have had to their website and how many unique visitors and so on.

Never one to be out done, I am proud to be able to record 105 visits from 21 visitors in the two weeks to the end of September. Four of these visits have come through searches on Google.

I clearly have some way to go!

An excellent update on the blog since my last visit - I am impressed by the number of blog visits and detail of your entries. I think your pricing renogotiation is extremely sensible and I would not feel guilty at all if the money does not add up - in the end it is a dog eat dog world and you have to make a turn. Best of luck and keep smiling.

Your calculations got me on my pc to calculate out the cost of my rental apartment - I make a yield loss of 0.11% - which is not great but I am not suprised given the current market conditions. Will have to keep an eye!

I wonder whether you'll have to get the calculator out again - not because the calcs are wrong, but because you can't possibly make correct assumptions in today's environment. On the plus side, I wonder whether some of the assumptions about costs could be revised - downwards. Lots of builders looking for less and less work?
